Stephanie Neuvirth is the Senior Vice President, People, and Organization for Banfield Pet Hospital, a division of Mars Incorporated, Veterinary Health Group.  Stephanie has more than 25 years of broad human resources experience, including HR leadership roles with Mars Food, Mars Petcare, the Walt Disney Company, and Advantage Sales and Marketing.

Prior to joining Banfield, Stephanie was chief HR and diversity officer for City of Hope, a biomedical cancer research institute and health system. She is a graduate of the University of Denver and holds a master’s in business administration from U.S. International University. Based out of Banfield’s Vancouver, WA headquarters, Stephanie resides in Camas, WA with her family, including four dogs, Lucy, Dolce, June, and Bug.
