Michael E. Geary, LUTCF is the Managing Partner of Penn Mutual/President and CEO of Sterling Wealth Strategies. In his role, Michael is responsible for all facets of the agency’s growth and development, including recruiting, training, retention, market penetration and management. With expertise in the advanced markets, business and estate planning, Michael has established a successful track record of creating and building agencies, recruiting advisors, building training programs and driving performance and revenue. He has held leadership roles at John Hancock, MassMutual, and Guardian Life, where he was honored as a top recruiter for four consecutive years.

Michael has garnered numerous industry recruiting, development and production awards during his remarkable career. He is Series 7, 24 and 63 licensed, and is a Board member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) as well as a member of the General Agents’ and Managers’ Association (GAMA). In addition, he is an active supporter of Special Olympics and the Make-A-Wish Foundation, as well as several church and local institutions.

Michael and his wife, Rose, are the proud parents of Ivette, Andrew, Matthew, and Tessa. In addition to spending time with his family, Michael is a fan of the great outdoors and enjoys hiking and skiing.
