Anjana Berde is currently Managing Director, Head of Talent Development for the Americas, and HR Business Partner Manager with MUFG Union Bank, N.A. As Head of Talent Development, Berde is responsible for all talent, organizational development, learning, and inclusion, diversity & culture across the enterprise. As the HR Business Partner Manager for Corporate Functions, Berde and her team are responsible for developing and delivering human capital strategies in support of business objectives, and acting as trusted advisors to the corporate functions' C-level executives and senior managers.

Berde’s 25 years of HR experience includes lead HR Director roles in banking and construction. Her HR career also includes 10 years with technology firms such as Intel Corporation.

Berde holds a BBA from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and has held a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification. Her community service has included Director positions with non-profit agencies specializing in family services and blood services. She lives with her family in Northern California.
