Nhu Fabros is a passionate and experienced corporate executive with over 25 years of global experience in talent, business transformation, leadership and organizational strategy, and communications. She regularly works with C-Suite executives to advise on strategic initiatives and business decisions related to people and talent, organizational culture, future of work, sustainability, and purpose, Nhu brings a wealth of experience that spans across a range of industries, businesses and geographies to advance business priorities.

Nhu currently serves as the Deputy Purpose & DEI Officer for Deloitte Tax where her role is to lead the organization’s efforts to a purpose-driven organization that creates value for clients, opportunities for people, and positive impact for society

Prior to this, Nhu was the Managing Director of Deloitte Global’s diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) team where she was responsible for developing an driving Deloitte’s global DEI strategy. In her role, she oversaw the development of global programs and interventions designed to advance inclusion and equity across Deloitte. This included learning and development programs and offerings, data insights and metrics, and external eminence campaigns, research and thought leadership. Nhu furthermore was a strategic advisor on DEI and succession planning for Deloitte’s Global Clients & Industries group, and regularly advised Deloitte firms on DEI and talent matters spanning across all 150+ countries where Deloitte operates.

She served as the Talent and Communications leader for Deloitte Private globally, the Chair of Deloitte Global’s Asian + Allies community group, the Executive Sponsor of the Greater Washington Global Neighborhood for Deloitte Global, the Strategic Priorities Leader and Talent Executive Sponsor for Deloitte Canada’s Tax Practice, and the Chief of Staff and leader of the Office of Deloitte US Tax CEO.
