Dr. Aditi Banerjee is Vice President and General Manager of Aerospace, Defense and Manufacturing business at DXC Technology, an American multinational information technology services and consulting company. She is responsible for driving profitable growth, managing budget, strategy, brand development and client satisfaction. At DXC, Aditi and her team brings solutions to her clients across a wide range of offerings in Engineering, Digital Transformation, Data Analytics, Security, Industry 4.0, SAP Applications, Cloud, Infrastructure and Modern Workplace. She partners extensively with Ecosystem partners to create end to end innovative solutions for clients. She is the Executive sponsor of Asian and Pacific Islander Employee Resource Group at DXC Technology.
Before joining DXC, Aditi held leadership positions across technology companies supporting Aerospace, Defense, Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, Consumer Goods and Lifesciences industries.
She was Managing Director in Accenture in Consulting, Technology and Cloud First business and was responsible for driving business growth in North America Market and at Global level. She led her organization to become trusted advisor of clients and win business in Digital Transformations. In Digital Transformation, her business developed and delivered innovation led solutions in Digital Manufacturing, Intelligent Platforms, Digital Thread and Twin enabled by Cloud, Edge, Internet of Things and AI/ML technologies.
Prior to Accenture, Aditi was Vice President of Internet of Things business in HCL America. In this role, she worked with Corporate Vice President to grow the Entrepreneurial business across top clients of HCL focusing on Innovation and Scale up.
Prior to HCL, Aditi led the Engineering Services business for Lifesciences, Healthcare, Semiconductor and Railroad industries at Infosys Limited. She successfully grew business in strategic accounts, acquired Fortune 500 clients, expanded her portfolio in Global markets and incubated strategic partnerships in ecosystems.
In early part of her career, Aditi worked at Texas Instruments (TI) in various roles. She was a World-wide Business Manager for Security and Authentication business and her business unit was in charge of definition, design, development and launch of ASIC solutions for Consumer Electronics, Medical Devices and Smart Grid markets. Prior to that, she managed Global Marketing for Analog and Embedded products and solutions in strategic OEM accounts. Aditi began her career at TI in Research and Development of Semiconductor Technology and held a multitude of Engineering assignments.
Aditi received her Ph.D. in Material Science and Engineering from North Carolina State University, Raleigh, North Carolina, M.S. from Pennsylvania State University, University Park, Pennsylvania and MBA from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas. She attended Wharton School of business for Women’s Executive Leadership Development program. She holds 3 US patents and is an author of 14 Technical publications.
Aditi is a member of Advisory Board for Women in Technology International (WITI). She serves as a speaker at International Conferences, Webinars and Diversity Initiatives. She is an advocate of Women in STEM and mentors professionals in career development.
