Adam Raskoskie is director of the Business Resource Groups program at TIAA and a member of the Inclusion and Diversity team. Leveraging his background in learning and instructional design, Adam focuses on building inclusion, belonging, and equity as the foundation of his work in both the professional and community spheres. At TIAA, Adam owns the strategic direction, business impact, and day-to-day administration of nine BRGs. Additionally, he is responsible for other efforts including the Champions program. Outside of work, Adam is active with inclusion and sustainability-focused organizations and currently chairs the City of Charlotte’s Bicycle Advisory Committee.
