As the Corporate DE&I leaders, Tovahn leverages her extensive background as an HR Partner and diversity champion to drive program development, culture renovation and inclusion education at RTX Corporate. Working closely with the Corporate Functional HR & Business Leaders, the RTX Enterprise DEI teams and Corporate ERG Liaisons globally to drive diversity strategy and execution, Tovahn is passionate about building inclusive workplaces that prioritizes allyship, equity, innovation and education.

Tovahn joined RTX in 2014 as the Senior Labor Relations Manager at Carrier in Collierville, TN. While at Carrier Collierville she led the HR team as Associate Director where she was responsible for site human resources initiatives and promoting a high-performance environment, including leadership effectiveness, recruiting and staffing, talent development, performance programs, compensation, policy compliance and employee / labor relations.

Tovahn’s personal mission is to have a positive impact on the lives of others through servant-leadership. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and volunteers with the Big Brothers Big Sisters program and Free2Fly.
