Angela Morris Lovelace is the Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Officer for Silicon Valley Bank. In this role, she serves as the chief strategist for DEI initiatives globally, focused on fostering an environment that offers equitable and fair growth opportunities for more than 4,000 employees, while also sharing diverse perspectives and expertise with SVB’s clients.

Angela joined SVB in 2020 after spending 16 years at Bank of America where she served in various leadership roles in Human Resources, DEI and Information Security.

Angela graduated from Tuskegee University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and completed the ASCENT Executive Leadership Program at Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Angela lives in Charlotte, NC with her husband and two sons.
