Scott Shane joined Union Bank in October 2007 and leads Talent Acquisition & Staffing for the Americas. Based in Los Angeles, Scott has over twenty years experience across all recruitment and staffing disciplines including university, experienced, professional, executive, and contingent workforce as well as creating and leveraging workforce diversity strategies to achieve optimal business results.  From 2002 to 2007, Scott was with Countrywide Financial Corporation, a NYSE and Fortune 100 financial services organization based in California, and served as Executive Vice President of Talent Acquisition.  From 1992 to 2002, Scott was with Arthur Andersen LLP, a global professional services organization with over 100,000 employees in 89 countries, where he started his career as an Auditor.  In addition to performing audit work for medium and large companies in multiple industries, Scott also was a member of several domestic and international business consulting engagements.  Scott eventually transitioned into human resources where he served as Senior Manager, West Region Director of Recruitment.  Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of California, Irvine and is a Certified Public Accountant. Scott lives in Toluca Lake, California, with Boo, his Labrador retriever.
